Is there a contract?

No. No cancellation fee, and no minimum number of visits. Cancel or pause anytime - most of our members pause for travel and pick right back up.

When are you open?

Seven days a week, 7am to 8pm. Most cleaning companies work 9-to-5 on weekdays. We start early enough to be done before you get home and stay late enough that you can actually reach us after work.

Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?

Yes. We're fully insured and bonded, and every crew member is background-checked and trained before they enter a home.

Question 4

What products do you use?

Top-of-the-line products sourced through our manufacturers, and everything we use is green - with two exceptions we're upfront about: oven cleaner and toilet bowl cleaner. Those are the two jobs where the green version genuinely doesn't work, and we'd rather clean your oven properly than market to you.

What if I'm not happy with the clean?

Accepted Answer

Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean that area free. No inspection and no forms - just tell us what was missed.

Do I need to be home?

Accepted Answer

No. Most of our members aren't. Let us know how you'd like us to get in, and we'll follow it exactly.
