The Perfect Clean (Clean Dot LLC)

How does payment work for cleaning services?

  • The Perfect Clean (Clean Dot LLC) is authorized to charge your credit/debit card or ACH account on file once it is provided.
  • Payment is due on the day of service.
  • A 3% convenience fee applies to card payments.
  • Invoices not paid within 7 days of service performed are subject to a 5% late fee.
  • Returned ACH payments incur a $35 NSF fee per occurrence.
  • We do not accept cash, checks, or other forms of electronic payments, i.e. Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo

What happens if something gets damaged or I have valuable items in my home?

We treat every home with care. If accidental damage occurs, we will do our best to repair or replace the item. For irreplaceable or delicate items, please secure them or let us know not to handle them.

If you are unsatisfied, notify us within 24 hours following the service via phone or text. We'll return once at no charge. Requests made after 24 hours for re-services, will be billed at the standard rate of service.

How do rescheduling and cancellations work?

  • Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled service.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service appointment, including same-day cancellations, will incur a charge equal to 50% of the total scheduled service amount. This fee covers reserved scheduling time, staffing, and route allocation.
  • If rescheduled within the same week, no fee applies.
  • Rescheduling services to the following week adds a $25 fee
  • Skipping a scheduled service adds an Out of Frequency fee of $65-$85 to your next cleaning service.

Examples where service may be rescheduled/denied:

  • Ongoing construction or any unsafe conditions as determined by management.
  • Excessive clutter/trash (without approval of extra fee)
  • Pet/human waste, extreme odors, or aggressive pets
  • No utilities or no home access (gate code/keys)
  • No response after 20 minutes on site (cancellation fee will apply)

Do you offer additional services and how are they priced?

  • Excessive cleaning, clutter, or trash: $150–$450 (as determined by management)
  • Extreme deep cleaning (grime/neglect): $150–$450 (as determined by management)
  • Move out/in cleaning: $125 minimum
  • Kitchen cabinet cleaning: $70
  • Bathroom cabinet cleaning: $30
  • Z Folding Doors: $50
  • Fridge cleaning: $50

Beds will only be made if clean sheets are left in the room.

Requests for additional services between recurring services will be billed at the rate of frequency on our website.
