Customer Agreement & Cancellation Policy
We are proud to offer professional house-cleaning services and employ residential and commercial housekeepers who pride themselves on top quality services. After undergoing an extensive background check, each member of our team is thoroughly trained on every step of our detailed cleaning plans.
With Clean we recognize the importance of communication, especially when it comes to important valuables in your home and any specific cleaning requests you may have. The team at Clean value your trust and do everything possible to earn it by performing reliable, affordable, top-notch cleaning services designed to meet your needs and exceed your expectations.
Payments:
Payments are due upon completion of service. By signing this agreement you authorize us (Clean Dot LLC) to charge the credit or debit card on file. All payments are charged via debit or credit card. We hold the right to refuse checks and/or cash to pay for services. This may result in a complete denial of service.
Damages or Missing Items:
At Clean, we treat every single home we clean with the utmost respect. If something happens to break during our routine service, we’ll do our best to repair or replace the item. If you are concerned for a particular valuable within your home; please take proper action to store this item safely or let the cleaning crew and/or office staff know not touch a particular item in the home.
Cancellation:
We understand scheduling conflicts and make it very easy to cancel or reschedule future appointments. There is no cancellation fee within a 48 hour window. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment inside of the 48 hour window before your appointment. You will be charged 50% off the total service cost.
For example: Service cost of $150 will be a cancellation fee of $75
