Welcome to The Perfect Clean website located at theperfectclean.com (the "Site") and operated by Clean Dot LLC d/b/a The Perfect Clean ("The Perfect Clean," "TPC," "we," "us," or "our"). The words "you" and "your" refer to each individual user accessing and using our Site and Service.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to be eligible to use the Site and Service.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SITE OR CREATING AN ACCOUNT.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form a legally enforceable contract between you and us. Our services, subscriptions, and any promotions we may offer (including sweepstakes and giveaways) are governed by these Terms.

1. Some Important Vocabulary

When we refer to our "Service," we mean our Site, our cleaning services, any subscriptions (including product subscriptions), any related offerings, and any mobile or other applications we provide.

2. You Have Both Rights and Obligations

You may access and view our Content and use the features of our Service on your computer or mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may print and make copies of Content only for that personal, non-commercial use.

Except as expressly permitted, none of the material on our Site may be downloaded, distributed, reproduced, republished, posted, transmitted, or copied in any form or by any means without our prior written permission.

5. Services and Products

We provide home cleaning services and may also offer products or subscriptions (including air freshener subscriptions). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Service, product, or offering at any time.

6. Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service, you may be asked to supply information relevant to your Purchase including your payment details, billing address, and shipping address (if applicable).

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use the payment method provided; (ii) the information you supply is true, correct and complete; and (iii) you will pay for all charges incurred under your account or credentials.

7. Promotions (Contests, Sweepstakes and Giveaways)

Any contests, sweepstakes, giveaways, or other promotions ("Promotions") made available through the Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms. If you participate in a Promotion, please review the applicable official rules.

9. Subscriptions, Billing and Cancellation

Subscription Plans

We may offer subscription plans (including product subscriptions). Subscription plans automatically renew on a recurring basis unless and until you cancel or we terminate the subscription.

No Refunds

Unless otherwise required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@theperfectclean.com.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service appointment, including same-day cancellations, will incur a charge equal to 50% of the total scheduled service amount. This fee covers reserved scheduling time, staffing, and route allocation.

Early Cancellation Fee for Recurring Service Plans

When you enroll in a recurring cleaning service membership (e.g., a 6-month membership plan), you receive a discounted monthly rate in exchange for your commitment to complete the full membership term ("Committed Term"). As part of this enrollment, your first cleaning is performed at the discounted membership rate rather than the one-time service price.

If you cancel before completing your Committed Term, you agree to pay an early cancellation fee equal to the difference between the one-time service price for your home and the discounted price you paid for your first cleaning:

Early Cancellation Fee = One-Time Price − Discounted First Cleaning Price

Example:

If the one-time cleaning price for your home is $640 and you enrolled in a 6-month membership with a first cleaning price of $293, your early cancellation fee would be:

$640 − $293 = $347

This fee is not a penalty; it represents the value of the discount you received on your initial cleaning service. The fee is charged to the payment method on file upon cancellation. You acknowledge this fee is a reasonable and agreed-upon measure of the discount provided to you at the time of enrollment.

SMS Acknowledgment of Membership Commitment

Prior to your first cleaning under a membership plan, you will receive a text message summarizing the key terms of your commitment, including the membership duration, your discounted first cleaning price, the one-time price for your home, and the early cancellation fee that would apply if you cancel before completing your Committed Term.

By replying "YES" to that text message, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the membership commitment terms, including the early cancellation fee described above. Your SMS reply constitutes your electronic acknowledgment and agreement and carries the same legal weight as a written signature.

If you do not reply "YES" or otherwise indicate agreement, your membership enrollment will not be confirmed. Participation in the discounted membership rate is contingent upon this acknowledgment.

15. Unsatisfactory Cleaning Policy

Any concerns regarding unsatisfactory cleaning or missed areas must be reported within 24–48 hours of the completed service. Upon notification, we will schedule a re-service to address the unsatisfactory or missed areas at no additional charge.

In lieu of a re-service, a credit may be issued and applied toward a future cleaning service on the account.

No refunds will be issued for services rendered.

If a customer declines both the offered re-service and account credit and proceeds with filing a payment dispute or chargeback through their financial institution, we reserve the right to contest the dispute by providing documentation of the completed service, communication history, and the resolutions offered.

16. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE, CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

17. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

19. Disputes

Except for small claims court cases, and claims related to intellectual property, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve disputes informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved, either party may elect to resolve it through binding arbitration.

Class Action Waiver

THE PARTIES AGREE THAT CLAIMS MAY BE BROUGHT ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

20. United States; Governing Law

We operate the Service from the United States. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

23. SMS Texting

By opting into The Perfect Clean's SMS program, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional, transactional, and personalized marketing text messages from The Perfect Clean at the phone number you provide. Consent is not required to make a purchase or to enter any promotion.
