The Perfect Clean One-Year Cleaning Giveaway

The Perfect Clean One-Year Cleaning Giveaway (the "Giveaway") begins at 12:00:00 AM Mountain Time ("MT") on the 2nd day of each calendar month (the "Start Date") and ends at 11:59:59 PM MT on the last day of that same calendar month (the "Promotion Period"). Each Promotion Period constitutes a separate monthly giveaway. The drawing for each Promotion Period will occur on or about the 1st day of the following month. The official timekeeping device for the Giveaway is Sponsor's computer.
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, managers, members, and representatives of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
An individual becomes a participant ("Participant") by entering via one of the following methods during a Promotion Period:
Participants may subscribe to Sponsor's air freshener subscription through Sponsor's website. Upon successful initial subscription signup, and upon each successful monthly renewal charge during an active subscription, the Participant will receive entries for the applicable Promotion Period as follows:
Entries are awarded only for successful charges. If a charge is declined, refunded, reversed, or disputed, any associated entries will be removed for that Promotion Period. A subscription is not required to enter or win.
Participants may enter for free by completing the official free online entry form available on Sponsor's website during the applicable Promotion Period. Participants must provide their first and last name, valid email address, valid phone number, and complete home mailing address. Each valid free online entry will receive twenty-five (25) entries for that Promotion Period.
Limit one (1) free online entry per person per Promotion Period. Free entries are not automatically renewed and must be resubmitted each month to receive entries for future Promotion Periods.
Limit one thousand (1,000) total entries per person per Promotion Period regardless of method of entry. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who exceeds entry limits, uses multiple identities, or tampers with the entry process.
One (1) prize will be awarded per Promotion Period. The prize consists of one (1) professional house cleaning service per month for twelve (12) consecutive months (total of twelve cleanings). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each cleaning is $300; total ARV is approximately $3,600.
If the selected winner resides outside Sponsor's direct service area, Sponsor will arrange and pay for a comparable professional cleaning service through a third-party provider. Prize has no cash value and may not be substituted except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about the 1st day of the following month. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be notified by email and phone and must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification. If the potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate winner will be selected.
Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance. Prize is awarded "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Prize is non-transferable.
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city/state of residence, likeness, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond Sponsor's control compromise the integrity of the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
By participating, Participants release and hold harmless Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of any prize.
All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
